Your initial consultation is free.

Because every wedding is unique, it is impossible to say exactly what our charges would be. They can range from anywhere between $500 and $8000 depending on the extent of our involvement and the style and size of your special day.

To estimate our fee we take into account the style of wedding you want, your budget, the number of guests and the work needed from us to make your occasion perfect.

We undertake to present you with a written quotation within 14 days of the first consultation.

Acceptance of our quotation must be in writing and accompanied by a non refundable deposit of 50%. The balance of our fee is payable in full one calendar month prior to the day.

Payment may be made by cash, cheque, Visa or Mastercard.

In the event of cancellation for any reason within one month of the date of the event we will refund 50% of the balance of our fee.

Deposits and final payments for venue hire, caterers, musicians, florists or photographers or any other contributors or products associated with event are the sole responsibility of the client.

Be Delighted will not be held responsible for any costs incurred in the planning and development of the event.

Our goal is to listen to your wishes, discuss all aspects of your day with you, liaise with all suppliers and contributors to the event and to be present on the day to allow you to relax and enjoy your special occasion.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

All products are couriered at a standard cost of $6 Nationwide or $9 for rural delivery. All shipments are tracked and you will be advised of your tracking number when your order is dispatched.

Please allow 10 days for delivery of standard items. Some special items, e.g preserved rose petals, may take longer.

International deliveries will attract different charges. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with the product when you receive it, please contact us so a replacement or credit can be arranged.

Goods will only be credited if they are returned in the original packaging and undamaged.
